Senior Engineer - Waterford

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct all work in a safe manner, taking responsibility to uphold the highest Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance across all site activities. Address issues promptly to maintain a secure working environment.
• Ensure all works meet the highest quality standards by implementing and adhering to quality control procedures and project-specific protocols. Monitor performance to avoid rework and ensure efficiency.
• Provide relevant and accurate setting-out information in a format easily understood by foremen and operatives.
• Collaborate with design teams to review, critique, and improve detailed designs. Coordinate the development of workshop drawings and technical information from subcontractors, ensuring designs are construction-ready.
• Plan and manage the workforce and subcontractors to achieve program targets. Order and control materials on-site, maintain records, and ensure profitability through accuracy, efficiency, and sound management practices

What you will need:

• Degree in Engineering
• 5+years of Site Engineering experience
• Main Contractor exp
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Proactive with excellent communication skills
• Full Drivers license
