The Role This is a Senior Financial Accountant position, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You will join a team where other Financial Accountants independently manage EMEA and APAC regions, highlighting both the seniority and scope of this role. The position combines consolidated reporting, audit ownership, technical accounting, and leadership of the AR function. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions as well as external auditors and tax partners. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts and supporting schedules Managing intercompany reconciliations and group reporting packages Leading audit processes for international entities Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and sales reporting obligations Providing oversight and direction to the AR function, including credit, bad debt, and revenue review Working cross-functionally with global teams to support accurate financial reporting This is a diverse, hands-on role with high visibility, suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, technical challenge, and international scope. 3. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with 3+years post-qualification experience in a similar environment. Given the organisations multinational footprint, exposure to US GAAP is essential along with strong technical grounding in financial reporting. You will be well suited to this role if you: Have strong experience with Irish and US GAAP Work effectively under tight reporting deadlines Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders Are proactive, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership Bring experience with consolidations and group reporting 4.
