As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you'll be part of an agile product team developing a cutting-edge middleware platform that bridges medical devices, diagnostic tools, and hospital information systems. You'll take ownership of the testing lifecycle designing, automating, and executing validation strategies that ensure software excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements, create test plans, and deliver robust testing coverage.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, or TestComplete.
• Conduct functional, system, and black-box testing to verify end-to-end user flows and ensure compliance with medical software standards.
• Perform API and database validation; author SQL scripts and automate regression test cases.
• Manage defects and requirements in TFS / Azure DevOps / HP ALM and track issues to closure.
• Lead or mentor junior testers and drive process improvement within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Contribute to verification and validation (V&V) activities for regulated software systems.

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in automation. Strong experience with C#, test automation tools, and Agile methodologies. Experience testing web, API, or cloud-connected applications. Understanding of software quality standards and lifecycle management in regulated environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in distributed global teams.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304 medical software standards.
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.
