Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience managing technical projects within the Infrastructure or Networking domains. 8 years of experience in the delivery of infrastructure, software and services related projects. 3 years of experience leading a team and managing people. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. Directly manage and mentor a team of EMEA-based Technical Program Managers, leveraging resources to maximize program impact and fostering an exceptional people-first environment alongside an excellent portfolio management. Coordinate projects and establish steering groups across Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners, and development teams, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management and clear communication to senior leadership. Influence and align cross-functional teams with varied priorities, evaluating technical trade-offs to effectively manage business changes and program impacts.
