Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Specialists to join our clients growing team in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials while ensuring full compliance with GMP, health and safety, and company quality standards. This role requires flexibility to work shifts and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, components, and finished goods. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and distribution. Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with GMP, GDP, and company quality procedures. Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with GMP requirements. Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and compliance. Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet operational objectives. Essential Requirements Previous warehouse experience, preferably within a GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment. Good understanding of GMP documentation and quality standards. Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work rotating shifts. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable Valid Forklift Licence/Certification (highly beneficial). Experience handling temperature-controlled or regulated materials. Manual handling certification.
