Workforce & People Operations Manager Osborne is partnering with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Workforce & People Operations Manager. This senior leadership role will oversee workforce planning, people operations, employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and stakeholder engagement across a complex and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership teams to support strategic workforce initiatives and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead workforce planning and resourcing strategies Manage employee and industrial relations matters Support organisational change and transformation initiatives Provide strategic HR and workforce advice to senior stakeholders Oversee recruitment, retention and workforce performance activities Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, policies and governance requirements The Ideal Candidate: Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, Healthcare Management or a related discipline Significant experience in a senior HR, workforce or people management role Proven ability to lead change and influence senior stakeholders Strong employee relations, workforce planning and operational management experience Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills Salary from €80,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates depending on experience and suitability.
