We are currently recruiting for Garden Centre Assistant with Horticulture Experience to join the Roscommon, Co Roscommon.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Store Manager in developing a strong garden centre team
• Advise and deliver exceptional service levels to our customers
• Ensure that stock rotation, shrinkage controls are maintained
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Adhere to the companies policies & procedures
• Ensure the correct SELs & POS are in place
• Maintain stock levels/replenishment of stock
• Ensure Merchandising standards are in line with best practice
• Ensure that the garden centre is clean and tidy at all times

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Horticulture experience essential
• Ability to delivery standards - setting example for the team
• Excellent communication skill
• Good merchandising skills/knowledge
• Ability to support Store Manager in providing training team members on garden centre best practice

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
