Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bid and Tendering Manager to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids and tenders. This role is critical in securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements. The successful candidate will have strong project management, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid and tendering process, including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and formal tenders.
• Identify new business opportunities and align bid strategies with company objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling and compliant bid submissions.
• Ensure high-quality bid documentation, meeting deadlines and client requirements.
• Maintain and update a bid library with templates, case studies, and best practices.
• Assess commercial risks and ensure pricing strategies are competitive and profitable.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and subcontractors to develop winning proposals.
• Manage bid review meetings and obtain necessary approvals before submission.
• Track bid success rates and continuously improve bid processes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in bid and tender management, preferably in consultancy, engineering, or construction sectors.
