We are a small, friendly and flexible family business and are looking for someone who can join in and learn the ropes. We are looking for a friendly and engaging sales assistant to join our small team. While some customer service experience is a plus it may not be essential for the right candidate, who is able and willing to learn quickly!

First and foremost, this is a customer service position. Your primary goal is to welcome and assist customers and ensure that they have an enjoyable experience in the shop. To this end duties will include:

Greeting customers who enter the store.

Answering customer queries queries and assist customers with their needs

Receiving and processing deliveries

Ensuring the workspace remains clean, tidy and attractive.

Ensuring displays are stocked, replenished and tidied on a regular basis

Useful Skills will include:

• Teamworking.
• Punctuality and a good work ethic.
• Knowledge of company products and services (learning on the job)
• Excellent communication skills and patience
• A good level of numeracy.

We are ideally looking for someone to work 3-4 days a week, depending on the time of year.
