WJD Repairs is an established business located in Dublin with a proven track record in the refurbished telecoms industry. We repair, retail and wholesale Smartphones covering the UK and Europe. We are currently looking for a new Mobile phone technician to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in repairing iPhones, Samsungs, and iPads, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in diagnosing and fixing various issues with mobile devices. While soldering skills are advantageous, they are not essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose hardware and software issues on iPhones, Samsungs, and iPads.

2. Perform repairs and replacements on damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other internal parts.

3. Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality after repairs are completed.

4. Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs to customers.

5. Keep detailed records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in mobile phone repair of 1 year is required.

2. Proficiency in repairing iPhones, Samsungs, and iPads.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.

7. Soldering skills are advantageous but not required.

Hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm 37.5 hours

Salary negotible depending on experience
