Job Title: BIM Engineer – Electrical (Data Centre Project)

Location: Finland

Rotation Option: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off

Employment Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer with electrical experience to join a major data centre project in Finland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a cutting-edge facility as part of a dynamic, multinational team, with the option to work on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage electrical BIM models in coordination with project teams.
• Collaborate with design and engineering disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated models.
• Support project delivery by producing detailed drawings and extracting model-based quantities.
• Conduct model reviews and implement quality assurance processes.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Maintain project standards and contribute to BIM execution planning and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of BIM experience in electrical design or coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools.
• Experience working on large-scale industrial or data centre projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model coordination processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
