About the Role :

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of performance, partnership, and problem-solving. You’ll act as the go-to commercial lead for key logistics partnerships — driving accountability internally and trust externally. Think operations meets contracts meets senior relationship management.

You’ll partner closely with national brands internal operations leaders and senior supply chain stakeholders. Your mission? Ensure logistics contracts deliver — and evolve.

Core Responsibilities :

• Own commercial delivery and day-to-day management of key logistics partnerships
• Proactively track and respond to service KPIs (OTIF, returns, fulfillment accuracy)
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pricing discussions, and contract renewals
• Collaborate with operations managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues fast
• Act as the commercial voice across warehousing and supply chain delivery
• Understand and support delivery performance for major Irish retailers (Dunnes, Tesco, Musgraves, Lidl, etc.)
• Identify new commercial opportunities within existing partnerships

Requirements :

• Experience across logistics, supply chain, or commercial operations
• Know how to manage 3PLs and/or strategic B2B partners
• Understand warehousing and last-mile delivery (bonus if you’ve worked with/for retailers)
• Have presented to or partnered with senior stakeholders (Supply Chain Directors, Heads of Ops)
• Are data-driven, hands-on, and not afraid to walk the warehouse floor
• Thrive on accountability, clarity, and delivery excellence
