Senior FP&A Manager (1 day per fortnight on-site)

A fast-growing, private equity–backed European financial services platform is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to support its continued expansion across Europe. The Role

As FP&A Senior Manager, you will report to the Head of FP&A and work closely with senior leadership. You’ll be responsible for building out and improving financial reporting processes, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering commercial insight to enable strategic decision-making. The role also includes working on performance analysis, KPI development, and supporting financial planning related to new market entry or acquisitions.

The Person

You’re a commercially sharp, analytically strong qualified accountant with a strategic mindset and experience working in fast-paced environments.

• 6+ years post-qualified experience (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong data handling ability
• Excellent business analysis and financial modelling capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and credibly
• A proactive, self-starter mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not essential
