The Wright Hospitality Group is on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead multiple high-performing outlets across Dublin Airport. This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded professional ready to make a serious impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

✈️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the day-to-day operations across several busy airport F&B units.
• Develop and mentor Unit Managers and their teams to consistently deliver high-quality service and food standards.
• Maximise profitability by analysing performance metrics, sales, and labour costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with airport regulations, food hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work cross-functionally with airport authorities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee procurement, stock control, and supply chain management.
• Champion staff development through training, performance reviews, and continuous coaching.
• Elevate customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and implementing service excellence strategies.
• Manage budgets and collaborate on accurate forecasting.
• Play a key role in new unit openings, refurbishments, and brand rollouts.

• Proven success in multi-site management within hospitality or food service, ideally in high-footfall environments (travel/airport experience a plus!).
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting KPIs and managing budgets.
• Skilled at reading operational data and translating it into results.
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Sharp communicator, confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.
