Our client, a trailblazing multinational shaping the future of digital experiences, is looking for a Revenue Operations Portfolio Lead to join their finance operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to drive strategic initiatives across revenue, risk, and operations—while working alongside some of the brightest minds in tech.

🚀 About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Portfolio Lead, youll be the engine behind end-to-end order-to-cash operations for a designated portfolio—likely centered around the French market (TBC). You’ll drive results, mitigate risk, and unlock growth through tight stakeholder collaboration, intelligent credit and collections oversight, and a commitment to operational excellence.

This is not your typical back-office role. You’ll be a strategic operator, data translator, partner to Sales, and the go-to expert navigating complex market dynamics.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Revenue Cycle: Manage the entire OTC (Order-to-Cash) process from credit assignment through to end-of-month collections.
• Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the key liaison with our outsourcing partner (BPO – Accenture), overseeing their performance and ensuring escalations are handled efficiently.
• Analyze, Optimize, Deliver: Monitor KPIs like aging and bad debt, perform credit reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives tailored to your portfolio.
• Be the Bridge: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Treasury, Compliance, and more to ensure seamless business enablement and customer experience.
• Drive Strategy Through Insights: Use operational data to uncover risks, surface opportunities, and drive data-backed decisions.
• Client Advocacy: Support the rollout of new tools and changes while keeping customers educated and engaged.

🎯 Who You Are

✅ Must-Have Experience:

• 6+ years in Finance Operations with a strong focus on collections, credit, and stakeholder management
• A deep understanding of OTC impacts on P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow
• Strong track record of independently managing portfolios and driving results
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, internal teams, and external customers alike

➕ Bonus Points For:

• Fluency in French
• Experience in advertising, payments, fintech, or high-volume transaction environments
• Background in BPO governance or transformation initiatives
• Six Sigma, Agile, or Risk Management certifications
