Business Analyst (Both English and Chinese speaking )

Identifying business problems between headquater and Chinese sub. , gathering data, and understanding current processes to determine areas for improvement.

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Recommending changes to processes, systems, and technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Communicating findings, recommendations, and requirements to various stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and management.

Assisting with project planning, implementation, and testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget

Creating clear and concise documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions both in English and Chinese.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to gather and analyze data.
• Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Business Acumen: Knowledge of business processes, systems, and operations.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology and software used in the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €34,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
