Compliance Monitoring Associate

A leading Wealth Manager is currently hiring for a Compliance Monitoring Associate in their Dublin office. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, this role offers strong development opportunities and broad exposure within a dynamic compliance environment.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and implement the Compliance Monitoring Program
• Focus on key areas including MiFID II, Market Abuse, and Consumer Protection
• Update the Compliance Monitoring Program and liaise with wider internal teams
• Gain exposure to relevant compliance technologies

To be considered, you must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant area of Compliance
• Demonstrate experience in drafting or implementing compliance monitoring plans
• Have exposure to Excel or other relevant tools
• Hold a third-level qualification (desirable but not essential)
