This hands on role will be perfect for someone who is proactive about using data to drive business decisions. The successful candidate in this role will work with a variety of stakeholders across the sales and management team to drive our commercial strategy forwards.This role will operate on a hybrid basis and be based out of our Dublin office.What youll be doing?As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, youll be a key player in enabling the success of our sales team. Youll achieve this through reviewing our sales process and tools, proactively improving and resolving bottlenecks where appropriate, shaping and driving EdgeTiers commercial strategy, and using data to elevate and guide our commercial team. While no two days in a start up are ever the same, some of your more typical responsibilities will include:Systems Management
- Managing our CRM (Hubspot) and related systems.
- Promoting new tooling and bringing new technology for testing.
- Ensuring all systems have reliable data to manage all commercial aspects of the company.
- Aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams around shared revenue goals.
- Shaping the go-to-market strategy and leading in its execution. Partnering with C-Level during planning and delivery.
- Working with Marketing on lead scoring, campaign tracking, and attribution.
- Working with Customer Success on renewal processes, upselling playbooks, and measuring progress.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Completely understanding all funnel metrics and surfacing insights to the wider team.
- Analysing revenue performance and recommending improvements.
- Accurately forecasting revenue across commercial teams.
- Iterating and improving on forecasting models.
- Defining, measuring, reporting on, and improving the key processes involved in how teams interact, eg. where inbound leads go, response times, deal stages, handovers, etc.
- Identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in key processes and solving them.
- Leading initiatives within the company such as territory planning, comp plan design, defining partnering strategy, etc.
- Being responsible for metric improvements in the commercial function.
- Recommending improvements and owning the implementation of them.
- Acting as a project manager for strategic commercial initiatives.
- 3 to 5 years of Revenue Operations experience in a start up environment or as the sole Revenue Operations contributor for a large territory/team.
- Previous experience working within the SaaS, IT, Tech, or a similar industry.
- Previous experience working with a CRM and Sales enablement tools.
- Strong ability to work with data, build dashboards and reports, and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
