Mechanical Site Supervisor | Dublin | €70,000€80,000 Our client, a leading M&E contractor delivering projects across Dublin, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their team. The Role Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and trades, sequencing works alongside other M&E disciplines Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and site-specific safety plans Liaise with the Project Manager on progress, resourcing, and technical queries Read and interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring works are installed to standard Carry out quality checks and ensure snagging is closed out in a timely manner The Candidate Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within an M&E contracting environment Trade background or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline Strong knowledge of mechanical/HVAC installation and health & safety legislation (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, etc.) Excellent man-management and organisational skills Full clean driving licence What's on Offer €70,000€80,000 depending on experience Career progression within a growing organisation Full-time, permanent role For a confidential conversation, contact Darryl on or .
