About the Role

Noel Group is partnering with a long-established fencing contractor who delivers premium boundary, security, and timber fencing solutions across Ireland for both commercial and residential clients.

We are now seeking an experiencedFencing Installation Specialistto join their growing team. The successful candidate will take part in the installation of a variety of fencing systems including steel mesh, palisade, timber, post & rail, and security fencing.

This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity for a reliable and hardworking tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality work to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain a wide range of fencing systems including timber, steel, palisade, and mesh
• Operate machinery such as mini-diggers, post drivers, compactors, and loaders
• Carry out site preparation including measuring, marking, excavation, and concreting
• Read and interpret basic site drawings and plans
• Ensure all works comply with health and safety standards and site regulations
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to deliver projects on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in fencing, landscaping, or groundworks
• Proficient in using hand tools and small plant (mini digger, dumper, roller, etc.)
• Full B or BE Driving Licence (towing experience desirable)
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate (required)
• CSCS Mini Digger / Dumper Ticket desirable
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and high attention to detail

Desirable Experience

• Installation of gates, barriers, or security systems
• Experience working on civil or infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead small teams or take site responsibility
