Cork Your career at Deutsche Brse Group Your area of work: We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking professional to join our team as a Process Improvement and Data Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to design, develop, and refine data-driven solutions that enhance and streamline operational processes. You will work with modern data technologies, contribute to process transformation initiatives, and help shape how our organisation leverages data for insight and decision-making. This role provides the opportunity to work with complex datasets, develop impactful dashboards, and apply computational principles to real-world business problems in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your responsibilties: Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). Apply computational and analytical principles to structure data models, transform data, and optimise reporting solutions. Analyse diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust, scalable data solutions. Support and improve automated workflows for data collection, transformation, and reporting. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Your Profile: Strong problem-solving ability, detail orientation, and a curiosity-driven mindset. Working knowledge of analytical or computational techniques related to DAX, SQL, M code, Power Automate, and Power Apps is an advantage. Strong capability in data visualisation and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau. Good understanding of data modelling concepts and transformation best practices. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point. Professional experience working with data, reporting, or process automation. Comfortable collaborating across teams and contributing to iterative solution development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
