Quantity Surveyor FRS Recruitment are working alongside a leading business in Europe's Window & Door industry who are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin 12 / Site Locations. The successful candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities: Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates. Ensure contractual and financial compliance Conduct site visits for progress assessments and cost control. Assist in preparing final accounts and project reports. Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. At least 3/5 years of experience in a QS role (Preferably main contractor experience) Strong analytic and communication skills.
