TeamLead–Greenfield&AI
This Team Lead role is with a fast-scaling company at the forefront of cyber crisis response, trusted by organizations worldwide. With a strong technical vision and a collaborative, high-impact engineering culture, the team is building greenfield, AI-powered solutions from the ground up. You’ll be part of a small core team in Dublin, where ownership, innovation, and technical leadership are central.
In this position, you’ll shape technical direction, guide architectural decisions, and mentor a focused engineering team, while remaining hands‑on across the stack with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS. You’ll play a key role in developing cloud-native, AI-driven capabilities and designing resilient, scalable systems to support organizations during critical events.
This opportunity suits an experienced full stack engineer looking to step into a leadership role, influence both product and technical strategy, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-evolving, greenfield environment.
Youwill:€100,000–€130,000 + shares and more benefits.
