A qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist is required by a growing architectural practice in Offaly. The ideal Architectural Technologist will havea minimum of 2 years industry experience, hold an architectural technology qualification and preferably have someresidential or mixed-use projectwork, along with full familiarity of the current Irish Building and Planning regulations. This practice is a leading player in the Irish architectural market with a strong project portfolio, they have a great reputation for delivering creative design across all their work. Some of their current projects include a range of medium and large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland. The successful Architectural Technologists will be self-motivated and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. The ideal Architectural Technologist will: Hold an educational qualification in Architectural Technology(essential) Have a minimum of 2 year post graduate experience, with some experience working with current industry regulations Previous project experience should includeresidential or mixed-usedevelopments Have a good understanding of current Irish building and planning legislation (essential) Site experience is advantageous Self-motivated and ambitious Possess excellent communication and organisational skills Full proficiency in Revit and Auto CAD essential MUST hold full permission to work in Ireland Due to office location own transport and driving licence is essential Salary & Benefits include: €35k-€50k depending on experience Annual bonus Pension Life assurance Parking Any many more If you are an experienced Architectural Technologist meeting the criteria above, please email your CV along with a sample portfolio to Deborah Byrne for further details.
