We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join a high-performing team based in Dublin, within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the commercial P&L for one of our key retail customers, driving growth through strong customer partnerships, commercial excellence, and data-led decision-making. What You'll Do Drive Customer Growth: Identify sales opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and customer understanding. Manage Commercial Performance: Lead forecasting, manage customer P&Ls, and deliver profitable growth. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and create tailored account strategies. Sell with Impact: Use data and insights to develop compelling commercial proposals and influence customer decisions. Execute Commercial Plans:Deliver promotional, in-store, and online initiatives while managing negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Lead Projects: Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer and business objectives. What You'll Need 5+ years sales experience, FMCG experience with multiple retailers. Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Development within the FMCG industry. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Proven ability to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Key Attributes Negotiation: Proven track record of leading negotiations and building JBPs, high energy, exceptional commercial skills, passion for sales, great relationship building skills. Proactive: Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results. Analytical: Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations. Resilient: Adapts to challenges and maintains a positive, solution-focused mindset. Results-Oriented: Focused on delivering outcomes that benefit both customers and the wider business. Project Management: Organised, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Team Player: Collaborates effectively across functions to achieve shared goals.
