An established architectural practice in Kerry is currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. The practice works across residential, commercial and planning projects throughout the Southwest region. This role would suit a motivated and detail-focused individual who is interested in working within a small collaborative practice environment with direct involvement in live projects and client interaction. As an Architectural Technologist will be responsible for managing detailed technical drawings, preparing working and construction drawings, preparing planning applications and Fire Safety Certificates. and ensuring accurate architectural documentation. The Architectural Technologist's role will include: Planning application drawings and submissions Technical detailing and construction drawing packages Coordination with consultants and contractors Preparation of presentation material and client information Site visits and project administration Candidate Requirements Qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline Strong technical and construction knowledge Extensive understanding of Irish building regulations and planning process. Proficiency in Auto CAD or similar tools Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Strong communication and organisational skills Full clean driver's licence preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable This is a full-time office-based position.
