We are seeking a dedicated and quality-focused UAT Test Manager to join our team. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to develop comprehensive test plans for large cross‑functional systems projects, with a particular focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will inspire excellence, manage meetings effectively, and leverage automation for improved test preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to build comprehensive test plans for large cross‑functional systems projects, focusing on UAT.
• Lead meetings with participants ranging from 2 to 60+, ensuring effective communication of resulting actions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation for test preparation and execution.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate the identification of test scenarios and ensure requirements traceability.
• Estimate resource requirements for testing and ensure realistic plans are in place.
• Ensure the availability of test environments and required data to support testing.
• Utilise analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues found during UAT activities.
• Report progress on UAT activities and issues to the project team and management.
• Participate in testing transformation activities by driving forward innovative approaches and methodologies.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience leading testing/QA, with an emphasis on planning and managing cross‑functional testing.
• Proficient with different testing methodologies and driving a quality mindset.
• Experience establishing QA program structures for optimal return‑on‑investment.
• Ability to develop technical expertise and understand system interdependencies.
• Experience with system and/or software architecture models.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• SAP functional experience in MM/SD.
• Excellent listening, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain testing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Quality Assurance certification (ISTQB, ASQ, etc) and/or PMI certification is highly desirable.
