Sales Manager - Ireland £45,000 + DOE | Commission | Company Car / Allowance | Private Medical | Pension Are you a driven sales professional with a technical or electrical background looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a Healthcare Sales Manager to lead new business growth across Ireland, developing opportunities within the healthcare sector and building strong relationships with contractors, estates teams, and project stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory, sell innovative technical solutions, and make a real impact in a specialist and growing market. Youll manage the full sales process from prospecting and relationship-building through to presentations, proposals, tender support, and closing business while also helping to develop longer-term strategic customer relationships across key healthcare accounts. The role Driving new business growth across the healthcare sector throughout Ireland Identifying and developing opportunities across companies healthcare solutions portfolio Building strong relationships with electrical contractors, NHS / HSE estates teams, clinical engineers, and healthcare project stakeholders Managing a healthy and active sales pipeline, with clear ownership of opportunities through to conversion Delivering engaging customer presentations and technical sales proposals Supporting tender submissions and helping shape commercial opportunities Working cross-functionally with international colleagues Managing pricing, margin, and commercial performance in line with targets Keeping CRM records and pipeline reporting accurate and up to date Representing company professionally at customer meetings, site visits, and industry engagements About You Experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role Background in electrical, engineering, technical sales, or a related technical environment Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness with experience in pricing, negotiation, and margin management Ability to manage a sales pipeline in a structured, proactive way Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Ireland If this role matches your experience and ambition, apply now!
