HEAD OF SALES RETAIL MOTOR INDUSTRY As a result of a significant expansion of our business, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to join our senior management team and lead the overall vehicle sales operation across multiple brands and sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Delivering new and used vehicle sales targets through your direct reports. Driving profitability, finance penetration and stock performance. Managing sales processes, enquiry management and customer journey standards. Working closely with manufacturer partners and internal departments. Grow and develop fleet opportunities. Using technology to analyse market trends, digital opportunities and dealership performance metrics. Maintaining a strong culture of professionalism, accountability and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who has: Proven management experience within the motor retail sector. Strong leadership and coaching capability. Commercial awareness and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. A passion for performance, standards and continuous improvement. This is a full-time senior leadership position operating across dual locations and will involve regular collaboration with all areas of the business.
