Maintenance Supervisor FMCG Manufacturing (Co. Monaghan) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a leading FMCG facility in Co. Monaghan. You will lead a frontline technical team to ensure maximum uptime and safety across high-speed production and packaging lines. Core Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage a multi-skilled team of technicians, including rotas and performance. Operational Reliability: Lead rapid responses to equipment breakdowns on high-speed machinery. PPM & Assets: Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule and use OEE data to drive long-term reliability. Contractors: Coordinate external service engineers during major overhauls or installations. Compliance: Ensure all activities meet HACCP/BRC hygiene standards and site safety regulations. Candidate Profile Qualification: Trade Qualification (Electrical/Mechanical) or a Level 7 Engineering degree. Experience: 5+ years in a maintenance role within FMCG, Food, or Pharma, with supervisory experience. Technical Skills: Multi-skilled troubleshooting ability and familiarity with PLC-controlled systems. Attributes: Strong decision-making skills under pressure and excellent communication. Compensation Salary Range: €55,000 €65,000 per annum. Benefits: Bonus, pension, health insurance, and professional development. Location: County Monaghan, Ireland.
