Overview We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Officer to oversee and implement health and safety standards on a large-scale high-tech manufacturing project. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and site-specific safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety across all activities. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce site safety standards in line with Irish legislation and project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site personnel. Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Liaise with contractors and project teams to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting. Qualifications Requirements: Relevant Health & Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, Diploma in Safety, Health & Welfare at Work). Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction or high-tech manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety regulations.
