The team represents a broad spectrum of clients on both the lender and corporate borrower side of major financial transactions. Roles and Responsibilities Advise on a diverse range of corporate lending transactions. Job Requirements Qualified Solicitor with 2-5+ years of PQE within banking and finance. Strong technical background in corporate lending and financial transactions.
