MECHANICAL ENGINEER Are you a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience in engineering, driven to embark on a rewarding career journey within a dynamic and flourishing company? Our client, a prominent concrete firm located in County Offaly , is currently seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to complement their innovative team. This remarkable opportunity is open to mechanical engineers. Position Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design of the company's products using Solid Works, a leading CAD software in the industry. Your ingenuity and technical aptitude will be put to the test as you participate in the creation of bills of materials, ensuring the precision and efficiency of production processes. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the examination of products and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and offering valuable recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Designing company products, using solidworks and autocad Collaborating closely with the team to evaluate products and processes, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement. Preparing comprehensive reports to thoroughly document your analyses, findings, and recommendations. Qualifications and Skills: Possession of a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. A strong desire to continually learn and grow professionally, coupled with a genuine passion for engineering. Previous familiarity with Solid Works or other CAD software is advantageous. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
