About the team\nYou’ll report directly to Jonathan (CEO & Co-founder) and Ciara (Co‑founder), and work closely with the executive leadership team.
\nYou’ll collaborate across all functions — including Finance, People, Legal, Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Sales, Customer Success, and Support — while also engaging regularly with external stakeholders such as customers, partners, investors, and board members.
About the role\nWe’re looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner closely with our CEO and Co‑founder team, and lead the business through its next phase of growth.
\nThis is a highly strategic and hands‑on role with end‑to‑end ownership across operations, finance, revenue, people, legal, and logistics. You will play a critical role in building the systems, structures, and discipline required to scale efficiently and sustainably.
\nReporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving operational excellence across the organisation.
