We are looking for a Chef to join our culinary team.

Sonnys started as a Smash Burger restaurant but as we have developed the menu has also developed adding Mexican cuisine , Wings, Topped fries and Sour Dough Pizzas.

With our open kitchen that is the heart of the restaurant and gives the customers a visual of the buzz of service in what we find a nice place to work.

Ideal candidate:

• Have ability to work well within a team
• Should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Have good time keeping, reliability and punctuality
• You will also be proficient in HACCP regulations.
• Control cost and minimise waste
• Have previous experience in a busy fast paced kitchen.
• Have at least two years experience working in an English speaking kitchen.
