Our client, a progressive and well-established company based in Kilkenny city, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation that offers genuine career progression and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank accounts, creditor and debtor ledgers. Prepare sales invoices, credit notes and customer statements. Assist with month-end accounts and financial reporting. Process employee expenses and support payroll administration. Prepare VAT returns and assist with Revenue compliance. Maintain accurate financial records and resolve supplier and customer queries. About You Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar finance role in Ireland. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Irish financial practices. Experience using Sage accounting software. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Relevant accounting qualification (IATI, Accounting Technician, Part-Qualified ACCA/ACA or similar). Experience with ROS and VAT returns.
