Senior Paediatric Dietitian Dublin Paediatric Services Emerald Locums are currently recruiting a Senior Paediatric Dietitian for a 4 month locum opportunity based in Galway within paediatric services. This is a long term agency contract working with a well established service, providing specialist dietetic supports to children and families within a multidisciplinary team environment. What's on offer: Annual salary between €70,000 and €80,000 per annum depending on experience Full time position Long term agency contract - 4 months Opportunity to work within established paediatric services Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Duties: Provide senior level dietetic assessment and intervention to paediatric patients Develop, implement, and review individualised nutrition care plans Support children and families to optimise nutritional status and overall health outcomes Deliver evidence based therapeutic interventions tailored to paediatric needs Provide clinical guidance and support to junior staff where appropriate Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, speech and language therapy, psychology, and other MDT colleagues Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory standards Contribute to service development, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiative. Requirements: CORU registration as a Dietitian is essential Experience working within paediatric services is desirable 3 Years clinical experiance Strong clinical reasoning, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work independently and at a senior level within a multidisciplinary team If you meet the above criteria and are interested, please apply with your up to date CV.
