Permanent Whole Time Post UCC wishes to appoint an experienced individual to the role of Doctoral Institute Manager. The Doctoral Institute Manager is a senior professional services role with responsibility for the strategic coordination, operational leadership, and continuous development of doctoral education administration across the University. The post holder will play a central role in the establishment, launch, and consolidation of the Doctoral Institute, providing leadership across the full doctoral lifecycle including admissions, registration, progression, structured training, examination, data reporting, and student experience. As such, it is anticipated that this position will be based on-site during the initial establishment phase of the institute, with the possibility of hybrid arrangements once the institute is fully operational. Appointment may be made on the Admin II Salary Scale: €72,044 - €91,259 (Scale B) / €68,551 - €86,698 (Scale A). Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
