Harmonics Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Limerick to find a dynamic EH&S / Training Administrator to join their fantastic team. This is a broad and varied role within a company known for its welcoming culture and opportunities for growth. ?? Working Hours: 100% onsite | 7:00am3:30pm or 7:30am4:00pm About the Role This is a key position that blends Preventative Maintenance Administration, Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Administration, and Training Administration Your Responsibilities Will Include: Administering Preventative Maintenance schedules and records Coordinating EH&S activities and compliance Managing HR training records and administration Greeting visitors, managing registers, issuing visitor passes, meeting contractors Scheduling routine contractor/vendor services Handling incoming/outgoing post and office franking Managing office stationery orders Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with ISO-9001 & GMP guidelines Who Were Looking For: Leaving Cert or Business related qualification Previous administrative experience within an office environment Strong computer skills and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills for interaction at all levels, in person and over the phone Able to work on own initiative and adapt to a flexible schedule ?? Key Note: This role is 100% onsite in Limerick remote work is not an option due to operational requirements.
