Location: Dublin Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid Compensation: DOE Job type: Full-time, permanent I am currently hiring a Tax and Compliance Manager to join an established internal tax function within a large professional services organisation. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with flexibility. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance across Irish and UK tax obligations while supporting wider finance, HR and risk functions. Its an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant or tax professional seeking high-quality, part-time work in a complex and professional environment. Responsibilities: Managing Irish and UK tax compliance requirements, including PAYE-related filings Reviewing travel and expense data to identify BIK exposures and supporting process improvements Working closely with Finance and IT on systems enhancements and automation initiatives Supporting partnership and payroll tax matters, including international secondments Reviewing invoicing and VAT requirements, including quarterly UK VAT reconciliations Preparing tax analyses and documentation to support filings and audits Requirements: Qualified accountant and/or tax professional with 3+ years PQE Strong tax compliance background (particularly PAYE) Highly proficient Excel user with experience analysing large data sets Background in practice or a large corporate / professional services environment Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement and best practice Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
