FP&A Analyst Healthcare Position Description Newly created position with a fast-growing healthcare group. Reporting to the CFO, key tasks will include: Leading and optimising financial performance and strategic decision making Financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and associated analytics, 3-5 year planning Financial modelling Leading business partnering activities, providing insights to support decision making Monthly performance analysis and reporting to Executive team Sensitivity analysis and what-if scenarios on investment opportunities. Systems development support Investment appraisals of organic and acquisitive growth Capex oversight Ad-hoc projects for CFO, CEO and Executive team Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant with at least a few years relevant FP&A PQE in industry May suit someone looking to progress to a number one role in FP&A Strong financial modelling skills, advanced excel Systems Savvy Excellent analytical skills, and strong commercial acumen Client Our client is a leading, fast-growing business within the healthcare sector.
