About The Role

As Head Chef, you will shape the guest experience through thoughtful, innovative menus, exceptional leadership, and a refined understanding of both Michelin-level dining and the wider luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing brigade, creating a culture defined by excellence, collaboration, and accountability
  • Define and execute the culinary vision for The Morrison Room in partnership with the Executive Chef
  • Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the character of the estate and the expectations of a Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Maintain and continuously elevate all culinary standards, ensuring consistency at the highest level
  • Take ownership of kitchen performance, including labour costs, GP targets, and operational efficiency
  • Drive a guest-first mindset, ensuring every dish contributes to an exceptional dining experience
  • Implement structured training, performance development, and succession planning within the team

  • Proven experience operating at Michelin-star level
  • A creative and forward-thinking approach to modern cuisine
  • A strong sense of place, with the ability to create menus that reflect both the dining room and the surrounding estate
  • Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of cost control and kitchen performanceA collaborative approach, with experience working within a luxury hotel or resort environment
