About Padel 100Padel 100 is one of Ireland’s fastest-growing sports and leisure brands, developing a national network of premium padel clubs through a franchise model. With 25+ franchisees across the country and ambitious expansion plans, we are now seeking a commercially driven Head of Sponsorship & Partnerships to lead and scale our national sponsorship programme.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building long-term B2B sponsorship relationships within the SMB sector.
The RoleThe Head of Sponsorship & Partnerships will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing sponsorship revenue nationally.
You will lead outbound sales efforts, manage internal tele-sales resources, and work directly with franchise partners to convert sponsor leads into long-term commercial partnerships.
This is a remote-first position with flexibility, supported by a Cork office if required.
