Project Manager (HR/Delivery) 12 month contract Dublin city centre/remote Our high profile client based in Dublin city centre is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with previous HR system implementation experience. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, milestones, budget, and resource allocation; align with company objectives. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and end-users. Engage and communicate with all stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, tracking performance and resolving issues. Oversee relationships with vendors and third-party integrators. Drive organizational readiness and adoption through communication and training. Experience: Previous HR system implementation experience highly desirable. Project planning and delivery Scheduling, documentation, and logistics management Strong skills in developing slide decks and project documentation Stakeholder engagement and communication Risk and issue management Experience in coordinating pilots and integrating outcomes into broader programmes Familiarity with skills and capability frameworks Skills: HR system HR implementation Successfactors delivery Project Manager
