Our client are growing and looking for an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to join their team. The ideal candidate is confident, highly organised, and capable of managing mortgage cases independently from packaging through to drawdown. About the Role As a Mortgage Paraplanner, youll work closely with the Managing Director and Mortgage Advisors, supporting the end-to-end mortgage process and ensuring every file is submitted accurately, progressed efficiently, and completed to a high standard. Youll be at the centre of the operation - the person who keeps everything moving, anticipates issues before they arise, and ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout the journey. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and responsibility, and who wants to be part of a growing company where their work genuinely matters. What Youll Be Doing Managing mortgage cases post-consultation through to completion and drawdown Packaging applications to a high standard and ensuring files are lender-ready Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and internal stakeholders to progress cases efficiently Tracking key milestones and proactively following up on documentation and outstanding conditions Ensuring all cases are compliant with Central Bank and regulatory requirements Maintaining accurate CRM records and case notes Supporting Advisors by keeping the pipeline organised, efficient and moving Identifying ways to improve processes and streamline case management as the business grows Delivering excellent client service with responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail The Type of Person Were Looking For Were looking for a paraplanner who is: Experienced and confident managing cases independently Naturally organised and structured Proactive - someone who doesnt wait to be asked Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Detail-focused, compliant, and process-driven Motivated by being part of a growing company and contributing long-term What Youll Need Minimum 5 years experience in a Mortgage Paraplanning / Mortgage Administration role (essential) Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and end-to-end mortgage process Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong attention to detail and high compliance standards Confident communication skills with clients and third parties Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential) Experience using CRM systems (highly desirable) Adobe Acrobat and Docu Sign experience (desirable) Qualifications APA (Loans) desirable QFA qualification or progress toward QFA would be advantageous Support for further professional development is available Skills: Mortgage APA QFA Sales Support
