ACCPRO are seeking a Procurement Scientific & Technical Officer for a Galway based client. The role will support the digitisation and standardisation of procurement processes and documentation. You will develop clear, user-friendly guidance, enhance SharePoint resources and help improve procurement processes across the organisation. 6-month contract with view to extend. Galway based, fully onsite, salary €40,000 per annum. Responsibilities Develop and maintain procurement guidance, process maps, FAQs and training materials for SharePoint. Support the digitisation and standardisation of procurement documentation and processes. Organise and manage procurement content, document libraries and information architecture within SharePoint. Collaborate with Procurement, HR and key stakeholders to develop and improve procurement resources. Translate procurement policies and procedures into practical, user-friendly guidance for staff and managers. Maintain procurement content to ensure it is accurate, up to date and aligned with governance standards. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and user experience. Promote best practice and ensure procurement information is accessible across the organisation. Requirements Third-level qualification in Business, Procurement, Information Management, Communications, Public Administration or a related discipline. Experience developing and managing digital content within SharePoint, including document libraries and information architecture. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging user guidance and training materials. Experience producing process maps, FAQs and other user-focused documentation. Knowledge of public sector procurement processes, governance and compliance requirements. Experience delivering digitisation, content development or process improvement projects. Ability to translate complex policies and technical information into practical, accessible guidance. Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Skills: Procurement Digitisation Sharepoint TPBN1_IJ
