We specialize in automation, digital transformation, validation, and large-scale capital project delivery.
We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead major Automation Projects with one of our key Med Tech clients.
Role Overview Drive a high-profile, multiyear automation program of medium-to-high complexity projects in a regulated manufacturing environment (running through mid-2028).
This critical onsite role requires expert program management to coordinate multiple Project Managers, ensure on-time delivery, and report to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Manage high-profile automation projects with multiyear spend, coordinating with multiple Project Managers overseeing project execution.
Write and submit Capital Funding Requests to secure program resources.
Demonstrate high competence in MS Project to validate schedules, run critical path analysis, and maintain timelines.
Deliver regular reporting and updates to senior-level stakeholders on program status, risks, and milestones.
Apply strong PM fundamentals and governance practices to ensure program success.
Required Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience managing medium-to-high complexity programs with multiyear spend in manufacturing or Med Tech.
Preferably experience in Equipment Install and Validate IQ, OQ, PQ in a Manufacturing Environment Expertise coordinating multiple Project Managers on automation initiatives.
Strong skills in Capital Funding Requests, MS Project (schedule validation and analysis), and senior stakeholder reporting.
PMP/Pg MP Certification preferred.
GMP-regulated environments and CAPEX automation projects. xyswxtq
