Arcadis Project Manager

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager for an assignment located in Kinsale, Cork. This is initially a 12‑month contract with potential for long‑term work. Option of PAYE or LTD.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through to handover, covering initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Generate project scopes, estimates, schedules, and other key deliverables
• Lead weekly project coordination meetings
• Coordinate activities of engineering and design groups within the project team
• Identify and engage specialist services as required
• Direct preparation of project controls data, including schedules, budgets, and resourcing plans for all project phases
• Review progress and forecasts to support corrective action and decision‑making
• Liaise with clients and attend project meetings in a site‑based role

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous project management or engineering experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
