About the Role Our client, a well established Life Sciences organisation , is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join their leadership team. This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of quality systems and regulatory compliance while influencing business-wide strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 Ensure compliance with BRC , GMP+ FSA, and related standards Oversee vendor approval processes, risk assessments, and audit programmes Manage HACCP systems and ensure ongoing review and improvement Act as the primary contact for external audits (regulatory bodies and customers) Monitor and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances Ensure compliance with REACH, CLP, and other relevant legislation Manage SHEQ and promote a strong culture of quality and safety Coordinate regulatory reporting and liaise with external service providers Lead, mentor, and develop the quality function About You Degree-qualified in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline Lead Auditor with strong experience managing audits and compliance frameworks In depth knowledge of ISO, BRC, GMP+, REACH, CLP, and related standards Background in the chemical or a similarly regulated industry is advantageous Proven leadership and people management experience Strong organisational and communication skills Skills: Quality Manager Quality and Compliance Manager Reg Affairs Benefits: Benefits
