Our client is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their Dublin office on an ongoing contract. This front-of-house receptionist role is ideal for candidates with experience in reception, office administration, customer service, switchboard, visitor management, Microsoft Office, and general administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office. Location: Dublin City Centre Contract: temporary ongoing/ Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm Rate:€16ph The Opportunity Meet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Manage meeting rooms and coordinate visitor bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Provide general administrative support to the wider team. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Assist with ad hoc office administration as required. About You Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administration role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, approachable and well-presented. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office.
